	الوصف الوظيفي	Senior Project Manager
	المهارات	Managing start to end execution of the project. - Full authority allowing him to deliver the objective of the project. - Interface with all internal departments of the organization of the project. - Interface with The customer to the best interest of Huawei and must obtain the satisfaction of the client. - Analyzing the progress of the delivery, performance, cost control, quality, etc.. - Providing corrective actions on the strategy to prevent any risk and responsible for Risk Management. - Managing the organization, providing any change as necessary to improve efficiency and to deliver the requirement of the contract according to cost, quality and time. - Communicate the strategy to the team, monitoring and controlling the implementation. - Point of contact and escalation for any issues raising within the team members. - Supervising and supporting the regional team for the implementation of the delivery schedule and for the commitment of the subcontractors. - Monitoring and controlling that guideline/standards/procedure are correctly implemented with the support of the project team. - Emphasize Health & Safety regulations on the project to the project team and auditing the implementation Telecom Background -Good English or French Skill -Have equipment move out experience(No Public) -Successful Experience of Project delivery in NA Sub-region -More than 5 years Project management experience
